Not many British people around my neck of the woods don't know any personally but If the British people are a reflection of those who are on this board I like them just fine. That includes Australians & Canadians, African and every other nationality I forgot to mention on this xjw board/forum.

Love yoga I've been practicing the art for many years. Love the quiet aspect the low impact with magnificent results. The breathing techniques are so healing and relaxing they've taught me to concentrate focus and enjoy the stillness. I'm partial to the abdominal techniques(Uddiyana)and head stand (Sirsasana) they really do work. Welcome

If there is something that the WTBTS is definitely guilty of it is the fostering of division of family. Families always suffer riffs from the dynamics of each individual member within the structure but when an outside influence encourages disunion it's so detrimental to the family unit and to our society as a whole.
