  Actually, I would be more supportive of this case, than that hot coffee nonsense. When you go and put something hot between your legs, what do you expect would happen?

  In this case, it will probably go to settlement for a few bucks to fix the bridge work. Big deal.

  i apologize, but i thought that some of the locations of people here were common knowledge.

  if it offended someone or they felt threatened, i'm sorry for having a long memory.

  i don't imagine that francois would feel intimidated by be anyway, he problably assumes that i'm a nut or a jerk.

If my previous post was moderated out, please let me know, in this thread, or by email. My thread was deleted. If this was a posting bug, my apologies. It would have been nice to receive warning before my entire thread was deleted.

  Anybody who did post to that thread, may do so again here, because I probably didn't read them all.

  Anybody in the Southeast planning on a small gathering in about 4-8 weeks time, approx? I'm from Canada, planning a trip to Florida. There. That wasn't so hard, was it?

  while you watch your britney spears videos...your freedom is being taken away.. while you cheer for your nba team and drink that beer...your freedom is being taken away.. while you watch cnn/msnbc/foxnews reports about laci peterson and shuttle disasters....your freedom is being taken away.. while you see one of the greatest misdirections about "condition orange" blinking on your sets....your freedom is being taken away.. while you hoot-n-holler for going to war with saddam hussien...your freedom is being taken away.. while you turn on your computer to surf the internet...your freedom is being taken away.. while you worry about what sports car to buy...your freedom is being taken away.. while you sit in your home with the heat on, enjoying 3 sqaures a day...your freedom is being taken away.. while you worry about your next job promotion...your freedom is being taken away.. while you are being suckered by the greatest sham from the u.s. government...your freedom is being taken away.. it's amazing, that very few here realize what the patriot act and dept.

  kh elder wipeout today!!

  my brother set up a study last week with an elder in the kh library in westchester n.y. for today ...with the question prove that jesus choose the wt in 1919.... and my brother told him to be ready!!!

  well he didn't go but i did .. and they were waiting for us... i was very nice , but direct and i gave them no quarter.. so i start off well you got the question already where is your proof.... i pull out a wt quote , so what does the record show????

  lets go over it... i came in with a shopping bag full of wt's books and bibles etc... they start panicing with what's in the bag...lol so they try to say it's a progressive study and he wants to go into the new knowledge book ... i pull one out of the bag.

  i just received a visit from michael... he was going door-to-door offering photocopies of old watchtowers (because the kingdom hall won't give him any new ones).. he said that he was wondering if tatiana doesn't like him because of her post asking people not to post about him.. tatiana, i think you made him very sad... he said he cried when he saw your post.

  Michael Jackson is a one-man consummate warning as to what can happen if anybody even considers studying with Jehovah's Witnesses. I know he wasn't baptized. That's my point. The rest speaks for itself. It's a combination of a lot of different psychological factors, I'm sure.

  And I'm even more sure, how the WTS may try to downplay his previous Witness asscociation. After all, it is more unclean people carrying the utensils of Jehovah!

  What about the extremist-type Muslims? Propaganda pulls both ways, and the way they're tough-talking is playing into Bush's hands right now. Isn't America supposed to be the "Great Satan"? Extremist fundamentalist talk by certain Muslims is not helping, either.

  Oh, cheer up, in 4-6 weeks anywhere Atlanta south -- it's gonna get warm! And here, it will still be in the 20s and 30s, maybe a stray 40, until the snow melts. Late-Feb thru March is ideal for me. I hope you have heaters! It's still a shock when the cold comes that far south, I realize. I'll be in Central Florida, most likely.

  And I ain't rude, and I'm not Sherman, or Theodore (Jaracz)...

  I get your point on the Constitution. Americans need to stick to that vision, no matter how it gets watered down. Remember, there is so much more going on behind the scenes that we don't know, good and bad. I'll leave it at that.

  i am also on the yahoo exitfundyism board and it is amazing how many times the posts mirror each other between here and there.

  i thot this might be relevant in light of current events, so i am copying the posts from this thread to share here.

  the answer makes a very good point that i think we can all appreciate and i never quite thought of in that way before.

  Jehovah's Witnesses could be wrong, and people die in "Armageddon", or its equivalent, too. I deal with it. Strong faith, and not being afraid of death, are what has to sustain me. Some people don't seem to realize, flying a space shuttle is dangerous. Terrorism is dangerous. War is dangerous. Eating everyday processed food is dangerous. Contracting food-borne illness is dangerous. Transportation has different degrees of danger. Skydiving and bungee-jumping are dangerous, but fun! Life is dangerous. If you can't cope, you'll go looney.

  If you read both of Ray Franz' books, through and through, carefully, and come to the conclusion that the Jehovah's Witnesses are in error, just like any other religion, then the TRUTH will set you free knowing that, because you have the evidence. You then can accept the unacceptable, and hopefully one can peacefully leave here knowing at least some TRUTH. Truth worth dying for, and leaving whatever happens after we die in our Creator's hands.

  Saddam has a big mouth, he bragged before the first Gulf war, too. But, in reality, he is a backwater, tinpot dictator. His only "weapons" are human shields, his brainwashed citizenry. And he shoots down a spy plane here or there to appear tough.

  North Korea, however, is a much greater force to be reckoned with. And relations with China in that mess are crucial now, for future turns of events, in my opinion.
