how different was our attitude in times past when we heard of a non-JW relative dying? Didn't we think it was a good thing? Didn't we think that they had at least gained a spot in Paradise by dying? How many of us found ourselves thinking or wishing that our "worldly" relatives would die before the big A? Our natural feelings were just as screwed up as the Muslims.

most of us are familiar with the watchtower bible and tract society's association with the un as an ngo.

What the U.N. does not know is that the WTS views itself as a government; separate and not accountable to other governments. They have to exist in the midst of these other governments but they believe that their King will eliminate those other governments soon.
They are like organized fleas on a dog?s back, praying for the death of the dog.
They have their own Governing Body and branches in every possible corner of the globe; set up with the expectation of becoming the only government standing after a global conflagration.
They have their own judicial system that operates independent of and in most cases instead of civil courts.
They have their own education/indoctrination system. The individual JW is indoctrinated to look to the WTS first and the civil government last in every facet of life. They are taught to look with disdain on all political entities whether they be local citizen councils or the U.N.
The WTS wants the world to see them as a harmless religion but they are a parasite government waiting for the world to collapse. So they can take over.

as some of you know i had rotater surgery on my shoulder in oct. my insurance would only cover a few weeks of therapy.i do many of the excercise's at home but my arm is stuck.it will only go up half way and if i don't get it unstuck my doc.
is going to put me in the hospital and as he said,put me out and crank on it.
i hate hospitals and would appreciate any help or suggestions to unstick it.
Several years back I fell off a ladder and the doc determined that I had a torn totator cuff. The pain was intense. I could not move the shoulder without that awful pain. The doc said that to keep it from locking up completely I had to do the exercises. I forced myself to do the exercises even though I wanted to scream with the pain. Gradually the movement was less and less painful.
I would not wish such pain on anyone. Hang in there, it will get better. ((((((KLS)))))))

MJ was baptized, went in FS the whole ball of wax. He was put under pressure early on in his solo career to tone down the questionable lyrics or else. He chose to DA himself. I do not know the status of his siblings. His father never was and his mother still is a JW.
My opinion is that the whole family is seriously disfunctional.

This statement really gets under my skin. In 1914 the loyal Bible Students were trying to figure out what went wrong with their departure to heaven. They all believed that Jesus had arrived in 1874 or there abouts. Nobody and I repeat nobody was looking for Jesus to return in 1914.
Between the death of CT Russell and 1919 there was a whole lot of in-fighting and power struggles. Feeding sheep was last on the list.

My DIL She tried a couple of times to kill my son. She got away with it by saying that she was off her meds or the meds were the wrong strength. Finally my son woke up to her bs and left.
I noticed too that the new ones in the cong were more often than not crazy as loons. Someone in our hall made the observation that we must be close to the end because Jehovah was now calling the mentally ill.
