i finished work 5 hrs ago, and went straight to the pub since then.

Florida is beautiful. I've only been there once but I loved it. Daytona Beach is nice if you watch out for jellyfish...LOL! I collected alot of seashells there. Have fun!

.......gadgets coming to canada!.

i've been looking round for a holiday for this summer, and found for virtually the same price i could fly to canada and go backpacking.

i know i want to go down to niagara falls, but i'm still looking at all the guides to see which other places i want to go to, and working out if i'm best off hiring a car or using the bus/train to get around.

i don't know if this thread has been covered before; do you have a favorite song or piece of music or performer?

i know the question seems juvenile.

but, i'm curious.. mine, i think, is a tie between wladyslaw szpilman's performance of chopin's nocturne in c-sharp minor and angela hewitt's version of bach's goldberg variations -- the aria is divine!.

Doc, I figured you would prefer "All About the Pentiums".

Cole Porter's "Under My Skin" is my favorite and Neneh Cherry's adaptation of it for "Red Hot and Blue" is my favorite version. This morning I listened to the Pixies "Where is my Mind" and that would be a close second for now.

it's getting down to the wire folks and i'd like to hear your predictions for the stanley cup winner.

of course i am picking the red wings because they are the best but, i'd give the canucks a fair shot at it.

naslund recovered rather quickly.

If your state doesn't naturally have ice (And no, Anne Richards doesn't count.) you should not have hockey. Simple as that.

CRR, I couldn't agree more! If the Jamaicans can't have a bobsled team why should Florida have two hockey teams?

Rocket, what they need to get rid of is the instigator penalty. It's just stupid. If you don't let the players get their anger out of the way immediatly it only festers into resentment and incidents like the one involving Bertuzzi are inevitable. Oh and, don't you dare start rooting for the Habs!

The best thing anyone can do is stay true to themselves. I'm blond by birth and genetics. I tried to die my hair brown and it turned grey! I'll stick with my natural color for now...LOL! Nothing looks better on a woman than her natural color.

if i feel stressed or low i always head for the beach.i've got a very special beach near me thats empty.
