To be clear, missing meetings, not going in service, and not reporting field service are not grounds for disfellowshiping. And I've never heard of grounds that would apply to dress and grooming, but there may be some. (An "I Love Raymond" or "Jw.net Rocks" t-shirt might not go over too well.)

A friend who had had an account entered her email and was told she wasn't registered under that address. She then registered for a new account with her current email and entered a user name and password. She never received a confirmation email though she tried three times. She then tried "Forgotten Password" twice, but her password was never sent to her even though she was told it had been. (She checked her spam folder.)
Does anyone have any suggestions to help her log in?
Thanks!

I hope you'll reconsider telling her you won't go back to meetings at least for the time being. It might shock her into "waking up," in a bad way, and realize she's been slacking off in her meeting attendance and conduct. (A birthday cake--imagine!) I'm afraid if it backfired she might become determined to become "spiritually stronger." NOT the outcome you're hoping for!
