  Whats the best internet music file sharing thingy....?

  have been using morpheus for a couple of years now, and hasn't been too bad at all, got about 400 tracks download.

  since gettiing aol broadband, the diversity seems to have diminished a bit, either i'm on the wrong dsl provider or morpheus isn't as good as it used to be.

  the one i was on previous (can't remember the name now) went totally pearshaped after it got served a writ for using copyrighted material.....anyway, know of any other good music file sharing sites?

  Nothing beats the warm sound of vinyl. In fact, I've been buying the vinyl versions of my favourite albums, and finding that they often sound warmer than the CD versions. (Depeche Mode's "Violator" and Cocteau twins "Garlands" being great examples)

  Also if anyone has a vinyl copy of Nine Inch Nails' "Pretty Hate Machine", Skinny Puppy's "Remission", "Cuckoo" by Curve or "Pornography" by The Cure that they want to donate, you'll be my best freind forever....

  HELP! My JW parents are trying to steal my daughter

  i just phoned my daughter who is 23 years old, and she is graduating from college in toronto this june.

  i thought because there were some great flight offers that i would be spontaneous and be there for her graduation and just do a mother daughter thing of celebrating.

  well i just phoned her, to tell her that i would like to be there, and she hits me with the bombshell that my parents will be there and staying with her.

  OCW, have you listened to Gary Numan's albums "Exie" and "Pure"? a lot of the songs from those two albums have lyrics on a similar theme - well worth checking out!

  Blondie - not as far as I know, but due to the fact that I associate bulls**t with WT literature, I'd have thought that this guy would be a more than competant replacement should the current head of the writing dept leave/die/get fired.

  I did try to embed the web page into the firrst post, but it didn't seem to work. Looks like you'll have to make do with a link instead (unfortunately)
