  Nonutility Power Plants are bound by the regulations of the (FERC) no matter what they are producing the energy for, and are part of Government relationships. They are in fact (partners) in producing electricity. Go here:

  Here is some more information for those who would like to check the regulations set forth by Government, whether the Power Plant is classified as (Utility) --or (Nonutility). All Power Plants must meet Government standards and safety codes. Certain pieces of equipment must also be (tagged, marked, numbered, safety stickers, etc,--and all of these items must be handed out or sent from government. Some tags even display the symbol of the American Flag.

  Watchtower Has New World Air!

  i posted this only because, i used to sit in the kingdom hall and watch the children-cough, weez, and sniffle, and dealing with hay fevor.

  i felt so bad for them, because they had to breath whatever air was in the room.

  then when i found this link, it kind of got me mad, because some of the worldwide preaching work contributions are providing the watchtower corporate, with some of the cleanest, freshest, and safest air money can buy.. yet the very people who provided the watchtower with those contributions, have to sit at meetings and just suffer, and their kids as well.

What was even more absurd, is this system the Watchtower is purchasing is called (The New World Air Technology).   when she was young, she often was asked by "wordly" people if she was a model or would like to model.

  being raised a jw, she knew it would not be considered appropriate.

  My wife and I greatly appreciate ones who have your gifts of knowledge. This forum needs intelligent ones -as yourself,-because if we don't post (accurate) information--then Jehovah's Witnesses will only claim that we are (making up) the posted information. I am going to take your advise, and be more aware of dates, of information, and pay more attention in making (sure) that what I post is current, and accurate. Many times we find info--that seems to have no date, so we tend to believe, that it was posted recently, --not knowing that it might be old.
