seems a 54 year old british school teacher who is teaching grammer school classes in the sudan has committed a despicable act by blastpheming and showing no respect for the prophet!
can you believe it; she actually allowed the children in her class to name a teddy bear being used in a class project muhammad!!
the sudanise government, carrying out its god given duty is putting her on trial.
They are positively embracing going backwards.
They still do a good curry, though!

do you find it difficult to know what to get for your beloved for christmas?
(assuming you celebrate it!)..
my wife says to me "don't get me anything, i'd rather we saved the money to get away next year.".
As I said, I'm going to keep this thread for next Some great ideas! Thanks!!
We had tears this morning. Interflora came with a fabulous bouquet of flowers for Claire, which yours truly purchased for her as it's our 29th wedding anniversary tomorrow.
Ian
ok, dansk and all you other fab guys out there.
any suggestions for what to get besty this year?
it's our first christmas and it's his birthday on boxing day!!
Dansk - sorry if you thought my thread was identical to yours - the blonde in me thought it was just about presents for women! :-)
The more Christmas threads the better. I just love this time of year!

Claire is lucky to have you.
Believe me, I'm the lucky one!

so, hello folks.
i have wanted to start this thread for sometime because i was curious if it has happened to any of you often.
in the last 10 years or so it seemed that deer were attracted to my trucks like magnets .
When we lived on Anglesey in rural North Wales I swerved to miss a hedgehog - but ended up running over it.
Anyone who knows me knows how much I dearly love wildlife. I was so sickened by it.
Bubble, every year hundreds of Blackbirds get killed because, in rural areas, they fly from one hedgerow to another across the country lanes. I've seen their poor lifeless bodies lying in such lanes and it tends to happen during the breeding season.

five years ago i purchased my first home.
one of the first things i did was hang the flag.
(american).
This is a flagging thread!
Ian
P.S. There's a debate going on here in the UK about whether or not the Union Jack (our flag) could accommodate the Welsh dragon.

Hey FF:
My ear and nose hair trimmer broke yesterday so I'd be happy to get a new one.
I've just started to notice what an old timer I'm becoming, with hair growing out of my ears and nose

after being out of that faith for about 2 years now, i look back and can't believe how they controlled so many aspects of my life.. we let them in and like a deadly disease they just spread and take over.. what we could and couldn't believe, who we could and couldn't associate with, not allowed to play sports, watch what close you were, don't make friends with that one, do this, don't do that, read this, answer this way, sell that mag, contribute to our fund, contribute to the magazines, contribute to building, give us your precious time and you get zippo for it.. and we let them!!!!.
man i'm so happy i'm out - not a day goes by that i don't celebrate my new life, my new friends, my new interests..
viva!
Hi Louise,
And we let them!!!!
Yes, because we trusted in what they had to say. It's only when one has been well and truly enmeshed does one realise what a great con it is - and by then it's a really risky business trying to get out if you don't want to lose any family.
You only have to read the staggering amount of posts here to realise being conned has nothing to do with intelligence. We believed it because we are caring, loving people and we wanted to help our fellow man. The fact that we were conned is not our fault.
As you say, leaving the cult makes us completely free to really live.
Love,
Ian

Ian, if Claire's worried about spending too much money then agree to put a limit on the amount spent.
We did ........................................................and I went over it
