  Josephus-Luke connection

  i found this online article interesting.

  an additional point not in the article below is that josephus claimed to have been a remarkable boy who at 14 sat and impressed the jewish teachers, "luke" just one upped his jesus to do the same at 12. i think the author of luke utilized the josephus works to historize the jesus story.

  the rest is further evidence of this.

  How do jws explain what happened 2 the Noah flood waters?

  The waters above, when the gates were open, falled to the ground, there were also waters coming from the deep, (waters below the expansion) I suppose that now flood waters are all in the "waters below the expansion region" .

  Aguas inferiores=waters below

  Bases de la tierra= earth foundations
  
  Also notice the CIRCLE of the earth, you can find some Bibles that also explain this an even have a similar diagram.

  Thinking of becoming a JW - Need urgent honest advice!!!

  i have met a wonderful man but unfortunately he is a jw.

  i have never been interested or really ever been around any religion in my life so all of this right now is very fascinating to me.

  i have been thinking of studying to become one but am also having a hard time finding anything on the net that is positive about it.

  I won't tell you what to do

  I only share some facts (not opinions) with you, then you decide:

  -They have lied about their history in their publications, this is demonstrable using their own publications.
  -You won't be allowed to use your concience about the medical use of blood. If you don't conform you will be shuned.
  -The incidence of mental illnes in the JW comunity is far higher than the average population.
  -They conform a totalitarian mass movement, easily demonstrable, think like us or die, this is their main mesage.
  -Their historical and scientifical knowlegde is almost inexistent. Therefore their vision of the world is obsolete and naive. This is also demonstrable by means of their own publications.
  
  -It is really hard to pretend to be a JW whithout faith in them. This is a hard fact.

  ok, so we all know that the society if against ouija boards.

  but even many "worldy" spirtualist and ufo types say ouija boards are dangerous.. so, have any of you ever messed around with one?.

  i did with my wife and sister in law and all it spewed out was meaningless garbage.

  Evidence of 'jesus' ... scientist claims it is fake

  interesting story.

  personally, the lack of evidence for someone supposedly so important is a bit pathetic.. i remember a wts that said "there is more evidence that jesus lived than julius ceasar died in rome".

  notice the twist - of course there is plenty of evidence that julius ceasar lived, and lots of writings that he died in rome.

  the history of Chistianity is filled with fraudulent relics. Jesus for me is just another mythological character. Is just the same with a "new" name. The gospels are filled with astrological (yea astrological) simbols...
