  There is no way I can say I wasted my time or efforts. Reason being I did exactly what I had planned to do. Graduated high school and college and got my graduate degree. Never worked a crappy job while in the org. Owned a two door sports car and drove it out in service because I wanted too. Basically the only thing that really pisses me off is that I let them screw with my mind.

  Actually I incoporate a lot of the moves with patients in my work as a physical therapist. Its a good workout to increase your strength and flexibility. Its a good low impact workout.

  i think one major point that proves that the jw's are a cult is that you can't leave without being stigmatized.

  all you have to do for other religions is take your name of the membership log or just resign.

  for jw's you can't leave unless you're df'd or da'd.

  thousand of witnesses do it every year and for what they believe are good reasons.

  i did it because i was pressured by elders.

  its interesting to note how elders can target young people into committing their life to something they really know nothing about.

Its interesting to note how elders can target young people into committing their life to something they really know nothing about. Parents seeming to throw all caution to the wind sit back and let their children make an adult decison. All of us here at one time stood up before a crowd of other witnesses and answered three questions. How do you feel about breaking your vow to serve god faithfully for the rest of your life?

  What do you do with your old liturature?

  i'm in the middle of decorating my new house, and was a bit stuck as to what to use to mask off the furniture/carpets etc until i spotted an oldv pile of watchtowers that i'd been meaning to throw out.

  i now have paint spattered watchtowers all over my living room.. anybody else got any good things to use old liturature for?

  jehovah's witnesses must "believe" whatever the watchtower bible & tract society publishes.

  now that you aren't forced to accept beliefs that you might not have wholeheartedly endorsed, there must be many different things that you don't accept.....what comes to mind?

  I refuse to believe that I am a bad individual and will lose out on my salvation because some feel I have turned my back on jehovah. I have washed my hands of all this guilt I have felt for the last four years.I no longer believe it is wrong to explore other religions or read apostate literature. The wts society is very guilty for using scare tactics
