  What a wonderful time---for faders to fade away!

  i’ve been thinking about it for a few weeks and i’m sort of surprised that no one else has introduced this topic!.

  what better time than now for a fader to fade?

  no meetings, no field service, no elder visits, no assemblies, no convention, and no other bullshit busy work going on.

  I really think that the elders will tire of all the checking up that they are doing now. If this thing goes on for a few more months most elders will become complacent. Most elders are lazy when no one is watching! There is just that special something about not being there physically! IMHO

  For faders, I know that there are several 'fringe' witnesses that I call and talk to weekly that are ecstatic over the current situation in the wt organization. Even if they 'attend' a zoom meeting, they have been shutting off the video part and doing other things like surfing the internet on their other devices while the boring meeting is going on. One of my really old friends (totally pimo) spends the time working on his motorcycle in the garage during the zoom meeting the he is 'attending'!

  I've personally been completely inactive for 7 years now and even though I still attend some meeting with my pimi wife and have full access to all the congregation members, I do not receive the email link to hook up for the zoom meetings. Only my wife get the invite!

  I was 8 back in 1955 when my mom signed me up for the Ministry School so I could give bible readings. Do you remember when the school servant actually had 'roll call' before the meeting started? He would call out our names and we would answer up "here" or "present" just like grade school!

  In those days, only 'brothers' were 'enrolled' in the school. Sisters got the "privilege" of hearing 8 year old kids preach to them! lol

  The purpose of conversion testimonies and stories

  a hunch has just struck me.we get frequent accounts in the literature and videos of people whose dysfunctional lived have been turned around by studying with the jw's and coming to belief in the org (sorry, jehovah).

  evangelical type christian groups also use similar testimony stories.here's the hunch:the purpose of these is quite different among jw's compared to other religions.other groups use these testimonies primarily to persuade non-believers.the jw's use them to reinforce the beliefs of those already in the "truth.

  The testimonies and stories are always entertaining but rarely factual. I always got a kick out of the "experiences" from some unnamed person is some middle eastern country that escaped all sorts of dangerous situations and persecutions and is now an elder with a full time pioneer wife and 5 kids! lol lol lol!

  Had the craziest dream that my wife Disassociated from the JW cult

  what a crazy dream, it was so cool....she came to me and told me she da'd from the cult.

  i was so happy in my dream.

  when i woke, it took me a few seconds to realize it was only a dream and that she is still brainwashed.

  Hold on to that dream because I know that dreams sometimes do come true.

  When I was a teenager, I often dreamed of someday being free of the wt organization. Being able to live my life on my own terms. Imagine!

  It took nearly 50 years but my dream is now my reality!

Even some family member will not notice. It’s the golden time for the borderline fader to get the hell out! So, if you have been thinking about it, now is the time to go for it!

  US Letter Read Sunday 4/26 at Meeting - No KH Use and No Field Service Indefinitely

  there was a letter read sunday at our meeting that mentioned some parts of us are starting to open back up.

  however, regardless of things opening up that no kingdom halls should be used for any meetings of any kind.

  also, no door-to-door ministry or any form of in-person ministry is allowed.

  The announcement is real. Heard it on the zoomed meeting yesterday! And it's a fu*king blessing! Give my pimi wife tome to get her head around living real life! At least 2-3 more months of Zoom and Doom!

  It will be very interesting to see how creative the wt gets in the upcoming 'lean donation' months ahead. I expect some 'new light to be forthcoming, maybe "overlapping donations"!

  i rode my bicycle to the corner gas station / convenience store.i couldn't find my regular mask - so - i improvised.as i walked up to the young lady clerk, her eyes grewwide wide wider and she said:"that's a um very unique face mask you have there, sir.

  "yep, i actually made it from an old pair of purple boxer shorts.
