I have sent you an email. I had a few years of normal childhood until my mother joined the dubs when I was about 6-7 - then she dropped it, and joined back again in high gear when I was around 12-13...that's when the clamps came down on me.

I wasn't allowed to know WHAT YEAR my beloved disabled JW mother died!
(((Danny!!!))) What kind of a cruel organization this is to divide families in the name of love? I only wish just one case would make a precedent. What a wonderful opening to the floodgates of justice that would be....

How much longer can the 'anointed' Governing Body last?
by nicolaou inwhat was the latest figure for memorial partakers?
there has been plenty of feedback to suggest that the wt consider many to be wrongly partaking of the bread & wine and don't accept this whole number to be truly of the remnant of the 144,000. we'll be generous and say that they are all genuine.. take women out of the equation and you may be left with about 4000 men - the ladies live longer ;).
remove those that don't speak english and you may be down to perhaps 3000. remove those that cannot relocate to the usa and you might be left with 2000. remove those that may actually decline an invitation to the governing body - well not too many i guess so let's stick at 2000. remove those that require constant nursing or healthcare and you could be down to your last 1000. finally, remove those who are simply not up to the job .

They have the "yes" men standing by waiting in the wings to move in. Wonder if they've started partaking of the emblems yet....

Troll dolls! I loved them as a kid, then my mother got involved with the witlesses...I had to throw them out. Stayed afraid of them throughout my 30's...Finally at 50, I now see the "light"...pun intended.

At 50 years of age. I am attending school to obtain my BS in Business Management. The borg kept me out in the 70's as did my borg mother. I'm a little old to be doing this, but it's paying off in my career because right after obtaining my AA, I received a promotion.
Moral of the story, you're never too old to pursue your dreams as long as you don't let others tell you what to do.

I personally like the Unity Churches. I got more positive upbeat and sensible use of the Bible from that group than many others. On a side note, they do delve into the metaphysical side of things which in my opinion gives it an interesting twist. http://www.unity.org
