I think the opposite -- I wish 90% of the planets males were gay and only 1% of the females were -- that would leave loads of women for me -- I know that is being greedy -- but women are wonderful and it would be my idea of paradise

okay, let's go along with the flood story for a moment, to the point where noah exits the ark.. here we have noah, with two of each animal and seven of the clean animals; maybe a few dozen animals that were not essential to the future survival of the species.. what does god do?.

tells noah he can eat animals now.. are you telling me an all-wise, all-knowing god isn't capable of better planning than that?

AGAIN -- please refer to a thread started by me afew days ago -- read the book "Who Wrote the Bible" by Friedman -- tells you who added the creation /Noah story -- also another book more scientific on The Flood - GIVES ARCHEOLOGICAL EVIDENCE AROUND the black sea -- When I remeber the excat title and author I will post it o na sepearte thread

The Greek Islands are my favorite destination -- can not totally explain why -- combination of history -- clean swimming water, food - mediterranean diet, sun, culture -- going on an island hopping boat and scuba/snorkelling off the boat is great fun as is travelling around old ruins -- but I love all travel -- so many places in the US/Canada to visit also -- London is brilliant -- never get bored of going there -- I could go on and on

Favors to the Gene Pool

i am sure some of you will have heard of the darwin awards -- people who mangaed to get themselves killed in really stupid ways are thus doing mankind a favor by keeping their genes from being passed on and thus takking bad genes out of the gene pool -- hence the darwin awards.

-- my question is: is/has the wtbts unintentionally done mankind a favor -- amongst the witnesses there are a high % of people who can not think for themselves -- many also tend to be a little "wierd or poorly adjusted" and the wtbts for many years suggested that witnesses should not have children.

even a relative short while ago in 1988 at the district convention there was a talk "responsible child bearing in the time of the end" --- so in short no children -- no genes passed on and lo and behold the wtbts has done mankind a favor and should be given a darwin award-- also very appropriate for a creationist religion do you not think.

september 11, 1971 nancy and i were married in fairmont minnesota by a chevy auto mechanic in the basement of a hardware store.

he gave us some very good advise, change your oil every three thousand miles, and rotate your tires every six thousand miles and flush your radiator once a year.

september 11, 2001, was our 30th year anniversary and we had planned to go out to dinner to celebrate.

i have always been unclear as to why i was disfellowshipped.

i had my judicial meetings because i was dating a "worldly" guy.

i assume this because they never said i was "formally charged" with anything.

It seems like elders on committees ASSUME a lot. It is a time-saving shortcut, so that they can get back to their wives, family and TV-watching.
