Could that be why the society is stressing...TAKE CARE & TEACH/SHEPHERD YOUR OWN CHILDREN?..Guess they are tired of folks just giving up their kids to the friends...in the name of...HELPING THEM...when you go to the hall, some parents will tell their children to go & sit next to sister so & so...some friends see that some kids act up at the meetings..so here's my thought...if my kid don't listen to me when I tell them to be still or whatever, how come a person that is not their parent can control them...if I can't control my own child how come another person can....there is something wrong with that picture...you see as all of you know...the friends will love bomb you when you first come in....so it can be some what deceiving...some folks think we are babysitters...your child is your child...don't let them go with anyone....even a JW friend...you never know.

That'll work....they know they are wrong, just hope no one calls them out on it....It's really hard to admit you are wrong...Pride always gets in the way..but that's why they have erasers on pencils...& it's not age appropriate either...anyone can make a mistake..even God changed his mind at times...now the Society will say...God never makes mistakes..ah, I think it's not so much a mistake but if he's appealed to...he just might change his mind...he did it with Moses or was it Abraham...what about when Cain told Jehovah, if you send me out there, they are going to kill me...so Jehovah said, ok, you're right, I'll put a sign on you so no one will hurt you....ummm...think about that...he was just going to send Cain out there just like that...whatever happens, happens but...on second thought...he's right...I'll do something so he won't be killed....& I can go on & on...Jehovah changed his mind...many times...now he never admitted he was wrong but he did change his mind...if you look at it from a human standpoint...& how else could I look at it...I'm human...

I already know of a young person that wants to leave..the young ones are not from the Donna Reed generation....believing everything...The media has exposed everything...& the young ones, aren't stupid...not one bit....they want to have fun...they read & know exactly what they are reading...& if it doesn't make sense, they ain't buying into it...why do you think the Zone meeting touched on some things...the young ones are doing their thing...as young ones will always do. They have seen their parents & grandparents buy into this stuff, but not them..if they are still at home, I think they go through the motions, just to make Mom & Dad feel good. Plus we don't know what goes on in folks home..maybe even the parents are not drinking the kool-aide, & may even be encouraging the kids to leave even though the parents may think it's too late for them to leave...Get out before you get like me...son or daughter...

I have also realized for some of the friends...the Society is all they have... their entire world is the society....I know many friends that only associate with other witnesses...they have shunned everyone..I mean everyone...so they swallow their thoughts & go along to get along...& the friends are so busy in the ministry & so on, many don't have time for anyone...heck, the friends don't even have time for their kids...& the kids know it...so busy trying to make hours that they promised, because they added extra stress to their already stressed life...on one hand the society says, a dead person can't serve Jehovah but in the same breath...can you improve on your ministry, return visits...research, family study...meditate...what about looking at your circumstances to see if you can learn a new language or go where the need is greater...etc...humans have a guilty gene anyway...and the Society knows that...they know many of us have guilts from our pass & so they play on that...Stayed tuned, yawl...many will see more & more friends reaching out to us that TTATT...

What is the new light about...Stuff we already see in the scriptures that we can't tell them they got it wrong....For instance my favorite...Michael is Jesus...now in Hebrews...forget what chapter & verse where is says...To which of the angels did he ever say you are my son....plain as the nose on one's face...but we can't say nothing...but in a few years...they'll say...AH, New Light...from this scripture in Hebrews....blah blah blah...there is even a scripture that says he was named Jesus even before he was in the womb...another one is when I think it's Paul who was speaking of the Edlers in Ephesus...sending then to door to door...he was speaking to the Elders...not to the masses, but hasn't the society used that scripture to support their door to door, yet they say...you have to read the bible in the contect & setting it is being said...& I could go on & on as many of you can...so it's really not a New Light, it's their stubboness to see scripture as it really is & forbid the friends to even mention it...Just like many don't believe Jesus became in charge in 1914, he was given authority right after he went to heaven...he told the disciples that, didn't he, but since they said it was invisible in 1914, who could dispute the Society...after all they are smarter than we are...NOT....

So friends..no new lights...just old men too stubborn to really hear the truth ...

Hi,

My take on ones contacting faders & DF'd ones....they want to talk to someone that's not judgmental as they are...so they may be laying the ground work to start communicating again. They know something is just not right, but can't talk to anyone in the hall, so they reach out to ones who no longer go. They want to say something but can't...it gets stuck in their throat. I talk to many of the friends at the hall....if I allowed it...my phone would be ringing off the hook & I wouldn't have anytime for myself...Most of the friends just don't want to be judged, they just want to talk..& not have you say, Well, Jehovah says...Also, they have found out that all worldly people are not what the society says they are...many of the friends deal with worldly people on a daily basis..on the train, bus, stores, work, etc...now they have also found out that some of the friends aren't as nice as some of the worldly people....

When you are at a meeting...look at the body language...when something doesn't sit right...they stiffen up...I see it all the time...oh by the way...I'm a witness...but I know TTATT...I don't say one word...just keep my thoughts to myself..& say what they all say when some of the doctrine or some crazy mess is being said from the stage..."Great Reminders"...Expect that many will be reaching out to DF'd & Faders...they have no one left to talk too...& they are too afraid to talk to their brothers & sisters in the hall...

My thoughts...let them talk ....you never know...they just may come away...don't shun like they do...your conduct will speak volumes...Show them that it's ok out here in the world...

creating planets how does it work?

i read that many believe planet's start out as large rocks that create some gravity there by attracting more asteroids, then comets etc and become larger and larger until its a planet.

ok but how do the explain the rotation or spinning of the planet and the energy that a planet has ie lava etc.

So right...it was another way to bamboozle the friends...to include us in the Zone meeting at one time for only for some....so they thougt to pacify us by inviting us....after all that we are supposed to feel priviledged...NOT....Maybe that's why we never were invited to the zone meetings...what we saw was exactly what they usually are...Boring & does not pertain to the R&F...but since it's 100 yrs. since Jesus is in charge or something like that...& nothing has happened...they were just trying to dazzle us....WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED...most of the R&F walked away with a Duh look, but they ain't going to say one word....all they can say...GREAT REMINDERS....AKA for What the heck was that all about ?

Witnesses eat alot because they are suppressed & can't do anything else...there are many things that sooth the savage soul...but most witnesses can't do them...so they eat...orally fixated .....I would say.....

Things do change so fast, phones, Technology, you name it...it's no wonder why folks are crazy...things change all the time..once you buy a phone, you haven't even paid for it before the next one comes out..Same as the org. you finally wrap your brain around 1914, whammoo...they change it...I think God kind of cares who we sleep with for a few reasons...none of which humans can really understand...I feel this way...when you sleep with someone they are sharing their selves with you...some folks can sleep with someone & just forget about it..& move on to another person, some can't. God cares for us & in the end someone always gets hurt...So I don't think it's so much he is concerned who you sleep with but he's like our parent...he doesn't want his children to get hurt...one always falls in love & the other is just playing...so God sees all that...just like a parent does. I talk to males all day long about this ....but how I get them is when I say...well, just think how you would feel if someone slept with your adult child & really didn't want a relationship..I would you re-act...So I see the bigger pix of why casual sex can at times have a snag... Life is nothing more than...The Golden Rule...basically don't do to folks what you wouldn't want done to you. As far a judging...if you don't want to be judged...than, basically, keep your opinion to yourself...Example, you walk up to someone & comment on their outfit or not even a stranger but someone you know...you say, I really don't like that outfit...well, guess what? You have opened up the conversation where the person can chime back...I don't like your's either...Doesn't Jehovah say not to judge because you will be judged as well, & guess what ? There is a period behind that statement...it doesn't say, don't judge a person but only .....no buts...clear as a bell...Seems religious folks soon as they go to a place of worship, they start to judge...

I know that to be true...but for real...is sex between two adults ok, for real...wow, I really didn't know that....I thought it was ok with humans but not with God....new light for me....But I thought with all this stuff going on in the world...did God really have time to be bothered with folks who sleep with one another...I thought/think he has his hands full with more important things, like famine, drought & pestilence....murder & mayhem...

@Missfit...yep, I had to learn that....I now know it's useless at times to try to help anyone or give your opinion & or advice...Folks do what they want, when & where they want to...When it comes to being a witness, I found it best to just listen & nod or just say...Thanks Sis or Brother...I took to Jehovah in prayer, because that's all they'll say to you...basically they are saying...I'm too busy to help you...I got to make some hours so my field service slip is acceptable...

I've managed to keep that in mind in my life....we all are judgemental to some degree...I love milk chocolate...but really don't care for dark chocolate...so should I judge others that like dark chocolate, just because I don't like it...but I do understand why some prefer it over milk chocolate...JW's of which I am one, have opinions on any & every thing. Even if they are not asked...They are the judge, jury & hangman of people.

Many folks don't approve of couples living together, but who are any of us to say what is right & wrong....whatever each of us does in this life, good, bad or indifferent, there are consequences..good, bad or indifferent....

Stay open minded in life...listen more...talk less....
