well, to this day, after many probes to mars and thousands of pictures of it, there is not the slightest shred of proof that life exists on mars or other planets in the solar system or on any other planets in the universe.. the christian, particularly, knows that even a million landings on mars, venus, jupiter, saturn or any of the planets and their moons will fail to reveal evolution of life.
well let's just wait and see shall we?.....

Aside from that, I agree that a very large part of the world remained "God-free" to this very day, and this remains the biggest challenge to monotheism.
I disagree just a bit. Some forms of Vaisnaivism are highly monotheistic. Islam seems monotheistic but I don't know that much about it, as does Bahai, and the Sikh faith.

No matter what, Simple Mail Transport Protocol will have to replaced by something more complicated and more security-minded... which probably means it will be less reliable and break more...sigh.
if only the whole world used Novell GroupWise.
I don't like the idea of paying for email. Don't think it would ever go over. Bill Gate's likes the idea of monopolized communications, but the fact of the matter is that the world won't go that way. Gate's didn't invent the Internet, he just hindered it's progress a little by preventing IT competition as much as possible. Now he's old new, programming is going open source, and no one will stand for paying for email.
I suspect that if email did become a pay-per-post system, then user's would simply go underground and use alternate services based on the freenet relay routing method.
