ashland is about the closest i have ever found anyone on here, and ashland is about 60 miles away.

sorry, not from kentucky. husband and i last week drove from texas, and through ky to home. it was so beautiful. we have determined that we want to go back for our next vacation.

a friend of mine was recently diagnosed with cancer throughout her pancreas. this is usually a deadly and rapidly lethal cancer. at my bible study group prayer requests were taken and i placed her name in for prayer. the prayer that was prayed was for a miraculous healing. she underwent an operation called, "the whipple" on 5/15. the results just in indicate that they were able to remove ALL the cancer, nothing showed in the lymph nodes, no need for chemo. she is not a believer. all in the study group prayed. what say you about this?

I got married yesterday!

i've been posting on here for four years now, and so much has changed in my life.

everything seemed to be going wrong then, but time has done wonders and things are real good now.

lots of people on the board helped and supported me through that, as well as new non-witness friends that i made.

you were my first love and youll be my last love ...living in florida has given me the opportunity to see couples who have been.

together for decades sometimes dating back to the second world war.. .

it has always amazed me how some couples can stay together for 20, 30, 40 .

been married twice. the first time 6 years (7 officially), the current going on 19. the main difference i see is that in the first one we tore each other down, were self absorbed and interested in our own needs. in this marriage i think we make a definite effort to look for the good in each other, build each other up in word and deed, and accommodate each other's needs whatever they may be. though i certainly did find the best possible man for me, patient, understanding, loving and affectionate. we have both been through therapy also, and i think self-knowledge helps a lot. best wishes chris and nina. nowisee
