  what poster to you always check?

  is there anyone, when you see they have posted, that you always check to see what they have to say?

  i always check blondie, bebu, alanf, farkel, onacruse, aguest (and probably others).

  bc what they say has some gravity, some enlightenment, some knowledge, some insight.

  just heard about the death of joel siegel, the entertainment critic for abc, and found myself, surprisingly, in tears.

  maybe it was because he had such a young son and made plans to let him know how much he was loved, long before he died.

  maybe because i have watched him for so many years.

  pancreatic cancer and prayer

  a friend of mine was recently diagnosed with cancer throughout her pancreas.

  this is usually a deadly and rapidly lethal cancer.

  at my bible study group prayer requests were taken and i placed her name in for prayer.

  all of the stuff re wts.

  yet with all of this stuff happening in the mideast....with al gore's "an inconvenient truth" and scientists backing him up...with nkorea....with "christian" rhetoric....with pornography taking over the minds of our men.....bird flu....debt up to the eyeballs....complacency....pacs.....enron...corruption...serial killers in phoenix.....shrinking dollar....economy being sold to overseas.....etc.

  some pretty strange things happened approaching the end of my marriage and my exit from jws:

  1) it was the time of the new elder arrangement.

  my husband (the ex-bethelite) was being considered for elder.

  saw a funny quirky little indie movie today....

  called "you and me and everyone else".. thoroughly enjoyable and had one scene that had my husband and i an everyone else in the theater literally howling.

  the tears were coming down my cheeks from laughing and i had no kleenex.. anyone else see this?.

  miranda july, who wrote, directed and starred has a wonderful bizarre mind.

  i just saw a documentary called "the corporation".

  very disturbing.. one premise put forth likened our reality to those who first experimented with flying.

  they formed contraptions with wings and jumped off cliffs.
