  is there anyone, when you see they have posted, that you always check to see what they have to say?

  i always check blondie, bebu, alanf, farkel, onacruse, aguest (and probably others).

  bc what they say has some gravity, some enlightenment, some knowledge, some insight.

  hey sassy! i remember you and i often checked your posts when i was around. and (kicking myself) so many OTHERS who have even posted on this thread... (mouthy, it wouldn't be you though - ha!), and others who have been mentioned here. i always checked leolaia too, though i just wish i could understand everything she says! anyway, thanks all for answering. bebu, so good to see you. best wishes, nowisee

  oh yeah. you are both probably right. i don't know why i posted this, as i didn't really want to start a popularity contest. but it is interesting to note, if even personally, that some just contribute so much insight and make it worthwhile to check in, even if infrequently.

  most electric, frenzied, unforgettable - elvis, july 1975, nassau coliseum. i was not an elvis fan but i was totally caught up in the energy. luciano pavarotti, avery fisher hall, 1983. he was in his prime. runners up: billy joel, new haven coliseum 1976; paul anka, steel pier 1960, freedomland, (became a teeny-bopper groupie for a short time - my jw parents indulged my pubescent insanity); neil diamond, forrest hills @ 1977; joan baez 1986 new haven, ct; john denver - several times madison sq. garden & new haven coliseum; peter, paul & mary, several times, new york & ct.

  there are so many. a particularly life-changing album for me was elton john's yellow brick road. i listened to it constantly during the breakup of my first marriage and my exit from jws. also as previously mentioned i am i said by neil diamond. also anything early beegees.....and beatles.....and elvis...and........
