  i am new here, just been three days browsing around.i wonder if anybody can encourage me.. i came from philippines.

  i was baptised in france.

  i am married in philippines to a non jw.my husband commit adultery 1999, i file a legal seperation case in phil court based on evidential facts,(he got a baby with his mistress).. my petition of legal seperation is denied.

  seat belt laws !!!!!!! argh!!!!

  just wondering how many people here feel that the seat belt law is mandatory for safe motoring.

  i can't stand this law myself as if you only forget to put one on the police are happy to pull you over and detain you and write you a ticket.

  this is one of those things that i think if there were a public vote over, it would not exist .

  I don't have any problem with the seatbelt laws, and especially the child safety seats. Does anyone remember the car seats we used to ride in? If you're anywhere near my age, it was probably one of those flimsy little plastic carriers with the metal handle. And when we were older, we usually either stood on the front seat or rode in the back window. It's a wonder any of us are alive. Anyone else with those fond memories?

  of course, nobody really wants to die, but if you had a choice about how...how would you like to go?.

  some people i know would like to pop their clogs after a game of golf, some in the pub with friends.. personally, i want to be shot in bed by a jealous husband when i'm 96.

  i have a few people that offered to write my son while he is in bootcamp.

  but i had a great idea this weekend i would love him to get a postcard for letter from all the states and as many countries as possible.

  for some, i know the blood-issue is a touchy subject, but it's interesting to know it.

  you'd be surprised especially when the case of an rh-negative mother may give birth to an rh-positive child.

  I highly recommend the Tele-Zapper. I bought a phone with this feature (it "zaps" calls coming in from computerized data-banks - which most telemarketers use - and supposedly removed your number from the file.) I used to get annoying calls all the time, and now my phone is sooooo quiet!
