you know that you have become the worst of those leaving, when you start to celebrate holidays.. i remember a few times hearing people talk in the hall about someone leaving.

missing meetings, being spiritually weak, etc people could handle.

they could even handle it if someone got df'd for having sex, or drinking, or whatever.

Franklyn J - I can relate to your story. We have active JW's living right next door to us, and had our American flag up when the war first started. Our neighbor asked us if we'd now put all of our beliefs into the government? I told him I am an American citizen who respects the country she lives in, and yes, I like to have a voice in this government. The stupid ass rolled his eyes.

I was pretty much raised a JW since the age of 4. My mom brought in a few people at the door. Today they still are devout as ever.

God still sits on the throne. Each of you is going through a tough
time right now but God is getting ready to bless you in a way that only
He can. Keep the faith.

My instructions were to pick four people that I

Would You Feel Differently About Capital Punishment If..

being somewhat intrigued with the mini henry v111 series just finished on the telly, which showed a lot of public beheadings, i wondered how many folk think this sort punishment should be viewable by all?

would it show justice actually being done?

I think public executions are a great idea. Yes, I could watch a rapist/murderer/abused get fried. You'd see crime go WAY down.

well, the best thing about being a fader is that you can still talk to dubs you meet.

they think they can us the contact to upbuild you and you use it to plant the seeds of 'truth' which is what i did in this situation.. last week when i was at the markets i saw a sister shopping and although i normally avoid dubs, i didn't this time.

i said hello and she was very happy to speak to me.
