I think the very first thing I did was go on a road trip with a worldly friend to train to be a wrestler. The first "Big" worldly thing I did was I dressed up like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz for Halloween, it went well till some dude thought I was a woman dressed as Dorothy and thought I was hot. Two hours of flirting later I finally had him convinced I was a guy.

What does the Society have against jeans?
by truthseeker inrarely will you find a picture of someone in the awake or watchtower wearing jeans.
even in there so-called paradise on earth illustrations, men can be doing dirty work in the farm, and be wearing slacks.. for example, in the november 15th wt entitled, "do you want to live forever?
", page 7 has another paradise illustration, which has to be one of the most socially-engineered pictures i have ever seen.. the caption, "love for god and neighbor will make living forever worthwhile".

My mom was a stickler for anything Nazi related and LOVED to hammer home about persecution of JW's by Nazi's, I had nightmares for weeks and weeks after watching Purple triangles, I thought Hitler was going to March down my street (a back road in a suburb) and taking prisoners....It sucked yes but was scary for me.

Sometimes Stern is funny, it's more so his ad libs that make me laugh, his scripted stuff is a little too Springer-esque which is far past it's prime. It's time for him to do an updated product. I wasn't surprised when Clear Channel didn't stick up for him, seriously this is the channel that had a 3 page list of songs none of their channels could play after 9/11. They're really restrictive, just the fact they had Stern was pretty amazing in itself but when Stern "crosses the line" with the FCC they won't go to bat for him. Like when AOL merged with Time Warner one of the CEO's hated wrestling and thought it was completely trashy entertainment (at the time it was with some of the angles) so the second he found an excuse he sold WCW, same with Clear Channel I think they were just looking for an excuse to get rid of Howard, no matter how many millions he makes them it's still tons of bad press.

I thought I was the biggest rebel out there, because I spoke about not wanting to be a witness and told people the truth about what a horrible time I had in Seldom Worked Territory. When I found out the truth about all that went on in my congregation I found out I was the most innocent of anyone there.

There were alot in my congregation: the young jock clique, the trekker clique, the airhead clique, the uber spiritual clique, the single mom clique, the old school witness clique, the elders, the ministerial servants were either in the young jock clique or in the uber spiritual clique, the ones that really didn't want to be there clique, and then me.
