Isn't there a statement on that blood card we were all supposed to carry that explicitly relieved the doctors and hospital staff of any liability for consequences associated with refusing blood?

I have to admit when I heard they were doing another trilogy I had a little nerdgasm.

Thanksgiving? Whose pants are tight now?
by OnTheWayOut inall you who partake of heathen and pagan and nationalistic celebrations in the usa-.
whose pants are tight now that you ate all that food for thanksgiving?.
.

Zoos
I just unbuttoned my pants a little in order to maintain theocratic balance, and then slipped quietly into a three-hour food coma.

At This Point In Time Would You Ever Subject Yourself To A Judicial Committee?
by minimus ini certainly wouldn't.
and if the elders wanted to have a meeting with me, i would respectfully decline.
if the elders wanted to deal with you, would you talk with them?.

Knowing what I know now, having the confidence I now possess, having learned from RAY PUBLISHER (and others) how to record it... I would LOVE to go into a JC meeting.
Oh.... HELL YES!

Jehovah's Witnesses win partial victory over gated communities. Too little too late?

Sorry, but I have a problem with tax-payer funded public streets being gated. If you want a gate on your community, PAY FOR THE ROADS YOURSELF.
The WATCHTOWER lawsuit makes a valid point.

Just finished Crisis of Conscience, now for Combating Cult Mind Control
by Blackfalcon98 inray franz is really encouraging, and his experience really proves how destructive the borg.

You should also consider reading In Search of Christian Freedom where Ray Franz meticulously disassembles many doctrinal issues of the Watchtower organization. It's a monster read. I think he could have used an editor. But I enjoyed that book more than any of them.

No longer to use "house to house record" slips and "please follow up slips"!
by stuckinarut2 ina letter has just been read out indicating that effective immediately, witnesses are no longer to use the s-8 slip known as the "house to house" record slip, as well as the s-43 "please follow up" slip (usually used for foreign language people).. the letter stated that this is because of the changes in privacy laws etc that are becoming common in the world today.. i will try and get a copy of the full letter and post it asap.. .

I stopped using those things when I was a kid just because they were not practical for a "seasoned" pioneer who kept meticulous records of his service to God. Not enough room to jot down all relevant data, including my astute observations, keen insights, and discerning spiritual perceptions.
The s-8 was okay for beginners and the spiritually inferior. I required a small 3-ring notebook, properly tabulated according to territory zones, with plenty of refill paper, as my ministry, like Jehovah's chariot, was always on the move and advancing forward in dynamic fashion.

Grats on the scooter! But wont you feel guilty by missing the meeting? Dont forget to shave!
Thanks.
No!
This scruff is not the result of having forgotten.
But who rents movies these days?
I'm old enough to still do some things the hard way.
Are you an apostate? You seem joyful, but who did you turn on?
I don't remember turning on anyone. I just woke up one day and found out I was an apostate. 7 million JWs can't be wrong... can they?
Dammit that sounds like a GREAT plan! I'm sat in the meeting right now planning the time when I can do the same.
There's life out here. And the air is fresh!
