Apparently I am not to be spoken to anymore !
by Hamas ini was chatting to a friend on msn last night when she told me that another friend of hers and old aquantance of mine had logged in.
he is a jehovah's witness but she is not.. they started chatting and i tried to add him to my list of contacts, yet he blocked me.
i found out from her that he said the reason he blocked me was because ' i had left them'.

I cant believe this Trinity lark
by Hamas inone of the main things that hits you when you leave the jw's is that maybe you haven't got all the answers like you once thought, so you begin to question everything, wouldn't you agree?.
well, my eyes were opened to the prospect of living in heaven, and not on earth like the dubya's preach.
i have listened to plenty of audio files from people that have left the witnesses and have became born again and if that floats your boat then thats great !

We are damned If we do and damned if we dont
by Hamas inyour experience as a jw brings it all home to you : 'wow, who really does have the truth?!'.
so in many ways, religion is a catch 22. we will never know.
but for now, it feels to me like we are damned if we do and damned if we dont.

Rate your congreagation
by Hamas inaylestone congreagation leicester ; what a place that was.. we were so starved for laughter we used to laugh at the slightest thing; you remember how witnesses are deprived of true humour so they must negotiate with anything they hear slightly funny ?
that was what it was like for us at aylestone.. it was like sitting in a morgue.
we lost a great elder;- fantastic laugh.
