not sure if this was already covered but i wanted to ask anyways.. i just heard about 20 minutes ago that this man thinks he is innocent because he "hypnotised" him and when people are hypnotised can't lie and they always tell the truth, and micheal said that nothing had happend that day, and they asked about something else to but i forget what it was for, something about why did he pay?

i think it's alot of crap, i dont think he was hypnotised but i wasnt there so i wouldnt know!

What? I said that people look at mj like he is a false GOD. And if you was watching the news today you would of been a witness of people crying and falling towards him. MJ is not a fool, he is the world's fool. But it seems like MJ likes the attention, cause the right thing to do is tell his fans to stop looking at me like that, i am not to be worship or above you or anybody else.

What is "Faith"?

so many times the word "faith" is touted around, especially in debates concerning "blind faith" (and usually levelled at "believers"), but what is it really?.

heb 11:1 defines it as follows:"now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Perhaps the problem is, is that what I am trying to convey, or perhaps it would be better to say "what I am attempting to point to" is the fundamental essence, the ultimate true of our being; and everyone is trying to grasp it intellectually....and it can't be. Will never be.

Without a doubt I believe this. But it sure can be alot of fun trying.

Well I was going to leave the society but now I am not sure as the hate I see towards those who choose to believe in God are trodden on like trash and I know that in my Congregation at least there is a sense of kindness and peace.

Don't leave on our behalf, leave on your own.

has a jw every told you that, or have you ever heard a jw accuse other's who leave of that?.

sometimes i wonder if some jws do not have a very dark side to their personalities... a blood lust even.

i have literally had them confess to me that they would be like a wild animal if it was not for being in the borg... even inclined to kill for pleasure.

What is the mood in the Kingdom Halls nowadays?

when i used to go the meetings in the late 80's, the mood was good, knowing that the end was close.

later on in the 90's while i still attended once in a while, people were starting to be less zealous and were starting to put their needs before those of the kingdoms.

people started to buy houses, instead of living in apartements, they were buying nicer cars, taking vacations far away, and mostly, the women started to work, to help pay for the better life style they were living.
