Does the wtbs consider rock climbing an extreme sport?
The Governing Body discourages extreme sports like rock climbing.
If any rocks are going to be climbed, it is going to be theirs and the JW will be an extremely good sport about doing it.

July 2014 WT says cremation is okay, such double standards!
by EndofMysteries inis cremation proper for christians?the scriptures do not present any basic objection to the practice of cremation.. there are biblical accounts relating that the bodies or bones of dead people were burned.

The Jehovah Witness religion has become so hypocritical that it is nothing but a modern day equivilent of the Pharisee religion. Just so many exact rules, procedure & protocol in place to serve the Organization lead by the Governing Body Octopope. They always pick & choose what things that clearly have a pagan origin that they will allow a JW to do.
The JW's did use to be against cremation, but now it is okay. The JW's use to celebrate Christmas & Birthday's but now they don't. Windchimes and toasting are bad because of pagan origins, but the necktie has a pagan military origin but is okay. Just try being a super strict JW against neckties because of it's pagan origin and see how long it is before they run you out of the Kingdom Hall.
This religion is nothing but a joke. I have lost any little remaining respect for it.

The main thing is......the Jehovah Witness Governing Body did not change the "this generation" doctrine to the "over-lapping generation" doctrine until their "this generation" doctrine was going to run out of time and show them up for the false prophets they are.

This is very bizzare. I tuned in after day 1 to see if there was any survivors and to see what they thought caused the crash. Now it's been 6 days, and they have found nothing and know nothing.

my dad was not a witness and was my rock when i left the religion.

Under the doctrine of "theocratic warfare" the Jehovah Witness religion will deliberately lie to gain any needed advantage.
If you can stomach it.....use "anti-theocratic warfare" to maintain contact with your mother, and maybe eventually help wake her up. You do this by playing along with her questions. Some things you can word in such a way that you are not actually agreeing with her. Also, use your JW training to lie, deflect & misdirect any questions that put your (apostate) beliefs on the spot.
One thing for sure is that you cannot possible help her out of the cult if she cuts off contact. Of course, being blackmailed to actually read Watchtower literature or attend JW meetings is a whole different thing.

Updates that I am hearing.....
The satellite image debris has not been found yet.
The jet engine maker (Rolls Royce) reports data from the engines indicate the jet flew for 4 hours after the flight tower lost contact with it.

My Window Cleaner

who is sitting there but my window cleaner and his wife.

Don't pay him.
Let him know that once he made it clear he was shunning you, then he should have known he was not welcome at your house, therefore he came and cleaned your windows for nothing. His rude behavior should be payment enough.
Tell him your money is shunning him!
