  Like Nirvana's & Stone Temple Pilot's popular stuff.

  Michael Jackson, Prince & U2 all have some good music.

  The best female led band is probably Heart with the Wilson sisters.

  As a commentary: The Canadian band Tragically Hip is very under-appreciated in the U.S.

  That's probably like 9 Congregations of elders who answered just in the short time this thread has been up. There are major cracks in the Watchtower.

  Can the elders make up stuff to make sure that a brother pretty much never gets to be elder?

  it's been my observation that if the elders really want a brother to become elder, then they will come up with all the reasons in the world to appoint him.

  the reverse is also true.

  if the elders really don't want a brother to become elder, then they will make up all sorts of reasons not to appoint him despite perhaps the brothers many years in the truth, great talks, spirituality etc.

  Yes....JW elders will blackball somesome that has challenged them, rubbed them the wrong way, or they just don't like the person. Seen them personally do it to someone and it caused dissension in the KH.

  at http://www.anointedjw.org/ a higher eschelon jw mentions that at a meeting of co's with do's it was stated that anointedjw.org website is the biggest pain in the side of the governing body.. do you feel that what's being published at anointedjw.org is having a big effect on the gb and / or on the congregations?.

  if so what is it about their articles there that are opening jw eyes to an awakened state where so many others have tried and failed to awaken jws?.

  what do you foresee could hapen as a result of pressure from anointedjw.org and their articles on the gb's attitude and their reactions?.

  1. a short talk encouraging the jw sales force to publicize the jw.org website at every opportunity.. 2. do not put out bibles on your table displays keep them hidden underneath.

  Appointed at 30, walked out at 40. Being an elder exposes you to more BS that makes you realize there's no friggin way the Watchtower Organization is God's channel of communication on earth.

  JunkYardDog.......I would listen to your calls. Are they on YouTube? I have turned so anti-Watchtower since I learned TTATT, that I think I would also go full attack mode if any JW tried to preach to me that The Watchtower was God's Organization.

  The Bethelite lying doesn't surprise me one bit. The religion is a cult that is organized like an ant colony, and the top priority of the worker ants is to protect the reputation of the the Queen Mother Organization. JW's are taught that under the guise of theocratic warfare lying to anyone outside of the Organization is okay if it results favorably towards the Organization.
