If I recall correctly, the Watchtower inserted the name "Jehovah" in the new testament, but the name did not appear in the old manuscripts of the new testament. So there's no way of knowing whether or not Jesus used the name.

Welcome to the board! Sorry to hear about your cousin's accident. By all means, go and visit him, no matter what anyone says. JWs have a bad habit of trying to distance their "worldly" relatives. Don't let them! You may be their only lifeline to a normal existance.

JW working the obituaries

the writer had recently lost a child and the child's obituary was recently printed in our paper.
the writer said she received a letter with a "jehovah witness tract" called "what help for dead loved ones?

?do you know how much evidence against them would be found right in thier own literature that would be able to hang those guys in court?
