  Who REALLY is doing the successful preaching work today?

  why do the jw's report their field service hours each month, turning it in for recognition by an organization...??.

  jw's love to brag about their preaching efforts.

  their very claiming the recognition for this work, is cancelling out their reward from jehovah god, according to the words of jesus in matthew 6.

  They love matt 24:14..and theN they bring up how the preaching work is more important than anything else. More important than love? Hm and then they are shifty. Who was jesus talking to at matt 24:14?? His apostles. Yet JWs teach that Jesus meant it for everyone. then he had a similar situation in John where hes speaking to the crowds and tells them to eat the flesh and drink the blood of Christ....yet this somehow means something different than him a short whil later saying the same damn thing to his apostles--and in that instance its just for anoinTed ones?   6 months or so ago, me and my wife decided we will never set foot again in a kingdom hall.

  about 4 months earlier than that, i stumbled upon an article about the wts being associated with the un.

  that got me into finding out ttat eventually.

  Eli appreciate the advice...it was kinda jumbled together bu the idea is raising chikdren and teaching then to be objective, prove true whats true and keep seeking truth. If its true it will measure up to examination....even scripture says it. Thats the plan

  Thanks martini and pro--i was thinking of just reading the NT and tell her to let the Bible interpret itself and we should reach the same conckusion as the society, right? Lol but i like the thessalonians isea too

  Wife and kids are officially OUT!!

  my wife has told her jw best friend and jw sister that she is givng up the religion!!

  and there was i worrying about losing her when i left the cult.

  and, to top it all, my 15 and 13 year old children are using their critical thinking skills and can see it all for what it is.

  i read an article submitted on freeminds called

  How I helped my Family Leave Jehovah's Witnesses

  Ok so in light of this i need some advice. If you were starting a family worship night (keep in mind my wife has been complaining that i havent been doing it much) what topics should i present as to get her to think. My daughters are 4 and 1.5 so they wont care what we talk about haha but my wife will. So please keep in mind im playing the part of a JW dad whos going to be finding these things out too. In the article they used the "these are the things you may face out there and you need to know how to repond". I think i will also tell my wife she cannot use the WT library...but well see.

  ok any ideas??

  ok so rutherford came up with the idea to change the name of the true religion of god to jehovah's witnesses based in isaiah 43. and of course ever since the rank and file witnesses have lovingly thought of themselves as gods chosen people.

  well some one frogot to mention that in chapter 62 of isaiah gods says his true followers will be called by a new name.

  yes newer then the old name almost 20 chapters ago.
