Outsmartthesystem--thanks for that. Ive been on jwfacts quite a bit. I think my problem is i have trouble remembering what to say at a given time. I can spot many of these fallacies, and i absolutely 100% agree about them putting trust in men/nobles. My problem is utilizing it in my own way to be subtle...the fact that im a baptized member makes it difficult to bring up topics too much too soon. my angle right now is my wife. I have to convince her....the longer im in, the longer i take the more difficult it gets to take. i agree with everyones comments though, good stuff.

Eveyones looking for proof. Is it possible that when given how to recognize folowers of christ the bible says. They would have love amongst themselves? Could it be that it talked about each individual having love within them and not as a group of people? Sorry at work and just thinking out loud

Well put frazzled. My thing is there is love in the org.....however duty to the GB takes precedent and somehow overthrows the buggest commandment Christ gave, to love all.

you know the one thing that indicates jehovah's blessing upon the worldwide association of kingdom proclaimers, is not only the continued success of the preaching work, but along with it the unity and love amongst the brothers and sisters.
You ever notice how all asleep witnesses divert the question when seriously challenged? Theyll take one instance, like someone who claimed a wrong number of dead jws from no blood and they standardize it. Great job SFTW well done proving our point.

As i brought out in a thread i started, this article apparently encouraged my wife to look back at when i was influenced by apostate material and how because of that it had a direct negative effect. I qustioned service, the FDS/gb, etc etc. and her , no doubt like many others, were reminded to do more for the org.
so tonight my wife looked iver the wt for tomorrow.
she said what she got out of it was that apostates are negative murmurers who can cause you to question jehovah and his earthly org and that it reminded her of the negativity caused when i told her i read ray franz's book.
she said it caused me to question service, family worship night, and praying together.
Thanks coldsteel and listener. the anointed web page really gave some decent advice and torld me to teach my kids on keeping their eye on heavenly things. To just teach them the plain teachings of Christ and make sure they arent exasperated by the WT bs. After all its thr sanctity of life that God holdsdear and no doubt you should LIVE your life, not just watch it pass by....anyways lol so im going to try and put some stuff together for a study...maybe with this new bible ill be able to point out some interesting things, esp if i use the interlinear with it.

i just finished reading the letter at www.annointedjw.org, in which they respond to the new bible and its commentary.
interesting opening paragraph: .

I put some scriptures that pretty much show that jesus is jehovah...jesus said he came in his name, to make his name known...and yet in all of pauls letters and all the NT the name given is Jesus for salvation. And think, thats the only way that the LORD vs jehovah thing in the OT is solved...much more believable than a first century conspiracy IMO. We dont understand the full relationship, but we DO know Jesus was exulted to Gods height....if god were the owner of a restaurant, jesus was exulted to the level of owner and/or co-owner.
