Does anyone have the entire recording. Because it sounds like it was cut a lot. Don't want to take him out of context.
Again, he does say "extremely tight pants". But at the same time, I have never seen any JW guy in "extremely tight pants".
LOL

I have never seen a JW with 'tight' pants. I have only seen slim fit pants.
LOL this guy has WAY to much time on his hands.

I truly pity that man! He stenches of the religious spirit. Jesus would fall over if he was there.

Thoughts After Saturday Morning Service
by lambsbottom inwent out with a good friend in service this morning.
my spouse and kiddos joined us.
me and my spouse are awake jws, have gotten over the initial shock and disgust with some of the lame wt doctrine, and are determined to let god direct us wherever he may (even to another church - i'm going to a baptist service tommorow).. we have fun doing a little bit of service with the kiddos, letting them watch deer, play with sticks, and write not-at-homes down.

I went through a long period of frustration after learning TTATT. One thing that helps is spending time with non-crazy JWs.

Went out with a good friend in service this morning. My spouse and kiddos joined us. Me and my spouse are awake JWs, have gotten over the initial shock and disgust with some of the lame WT doctrine, and are determined to let God direct us WHEREVER he may (even to another church - I'm going to a baptist service tommorow).
We have fun doing a little bit of service with the kiddos, letting them watch deer, play with sticks, and write not-at-homes down. Good times. And, my spouse and I just share one scripture with the householder and say how nice it is to talk with them. No salesmanship, no pressure, no thinking our faith is better than theirs. Life is good! Why judge them?
Anyway, was just thinking how many awake JWs there are. I think we would be surprised at how many there are. A lot of JWs my age (around 30s) know whats up. Just my opinion, but I think that the generation behind me is going to buck the JW system so hard, there won't be any of them in the KHs.

Should I meet with the elders?
by winnie12 inso i posted my story somewhere on this board but long story short i have been expressing my doubts to my mom who is a jw.
i have been fading since december 2013 and went to a sunday meeting for the first time maybe two weeks ago.
i went only because i wanted to use the library that my hall has which had books published by the society from the early 1900's.

Don't let fear stop you from getting your questions answered. However, we must be 'innocent as doves, cautious as serpents'. Don't answer or get into any discussions about how you FEEL about certain subjects. Just ask questions. Don't make statements. That may or may not get you into trouble.

"New Light" for Care-giving and Concern For Family, Parents and Friends.
by RottenRiley inam i the only one who has noticed the new push by jw autority figures that we should not pull missionaries out of the field to help with care-giving for parents or children who are not functioning well?.
we are told "the government has programs that provide excellent care-giving and might be a better choice than pulling a pioneer or missionary from the field".
can somebody else verify if you are hearing this nonsense, anti-christian message broadcasted by the watchtower organization?

My dear God! Is this what WE (JWs) are headed for? Closing off critical thinking?
