well, the switchover happened - there were a couple of things i had to fix which meant the posting was disabled for longer than i planned but it's now enabled and some people have already posted.. if you have any questions about the new format or suggestions on how to improve it, please post them here.. if you are having trouble signing in or posting then you'll need to email me instead.. many thanks to everyone for their patience during the changeover !.

New forum 'parousia' is upon us! (software version)

the time has nearly come to switch over to the new forum software.

of course it's not completely finished yet (and never will be) but i think it's good enough to go live with and probably already better than the current one.

i'll give you a quick overview of what to expect and post more detail about the changeover process later.. cloud platform.

I am dating now and if I like a guy I don't play hard to get I am just genuine and open, but if I don't like a guy I tell them I am not interested or they're not my type. Sometimes this doesn't work and you have to resort to bloking numbers because some guys just like a chase and a challenge I suppose.

Advice Needed...Again

current update- the wife and i are separated.

i dont go to the meetings or in service but im not df, or da.

she is not budging.. problem- my wife has made it clear that she doesnt want me back unless i do all the witness stuff, i have even offered to attend meetings but not participate in commenting or go in service and this is not good enough.

I agree with the majority here....sadly you have to cut your losses. You are right you may well get df'd if you move on, but you need to accept that it might be the only way to move on.

I am divorced and df'd, my ex cannot remarry because he divorced me unscripturally. I have lost everything, all my friends and my precious son.....but I am dating and enjoying meeting new guys. Who knows I might meet Mr Right, but for now I have moved on.

Pat Condell on Britain's Cultural Crisis

a scandal is brewing in the uk.

for many years gangs of asian men engaged in rape and torture of young girls who were in the "so-called" care system.

it is believed there were around 1,400 victims in north west england, focussed on the town of rotherham.. if reports are to be believed, social workers, police and the cpc knew it was happening and everybody failed to act for one simple reason.

You may as well claim that it didn't happen as claim that it wasn't anything to do with religion and race. It would be equally unconvincing given what everyone knows of the situation.-Simon

I believe it is a drop in a bucket just like my kids are a drop in the bucket, I do have felloe feeling, but it's all about abuse of power, Pat Condell in my opinion is diluting the problem and sensentionalising the Muslim angle. The fact of the matter is in both cases the SWs abused their poer and are not protecting the vulnerable children and families.

It's the furthest thing from my mind to clain it didn't happen, but it happened for different reasons than Pat Condell is stating.

It's a wide spread UK problem that needs a solution, but I don't see anything being resolved before my son reaches maturity sadly.
