i was angry with my kid for questioning me.

i work, i pay the bills, i provide food, clothing and shelter for them.

That's a bit much mate. But I know what it's like to speak in anger. Just go and apologise and keep reassuring your child that they are the best thing that has ever happened to you and your wife. Good work for sharing.

My "friend" is aware of 3, yes THREE studies that are being conducted for 3 convicted sex offenders. One of them was not dF'd for his crimes.

I am writing my DA letter this weekend. I cannot be part of an organisation that is so corrupt.

On the other hand I had another "friend" who WAS df'd for stealing and convicted (in the courts) with a suspended sentence etc..She suffered badly with depression for many years. Her parents would NOT allow her to take any medication.

What a crock of S**t!!!

Been married to a non-JW for ten years in February. Best guy in the world. He supports me wether I go to the KH or not. He's also mega brainy and could wrap alot of the brothers up in a religous argument. They don't like him much!!!!

I'm slowly seeing the TTATT for myself!!!!

myself and my family have had some odd experiences in our current congregation.

i have'nt been to meetings since september because of this.. 1. the co told the elder who was studying with my husband that he was doing it as an "academic exercise.

" my husband is very intelligent, been in the military, has a degree and a masters and a good job.

Ooh, that's very naughty Witness my Fury!!!! but the elder guy is a bit of a weirdo. He's got a wife 13 years younger and I would'nt leave my 13yr son alone with him. Know what I mean??

I loathed my new CO and his wife on site. Did'nt tell anyone at the time. She was dressed up like a dogs dinner and he was so straight talking, he was positively rude. What can an ex painter and decorator tell me about life?

The CO's wife very rudely butted into a conversation I was having with a sister and did'nt even apologise. Talk about puffed up with pride!!!

I am purposely avoiding the next visit and watching crap telly instead. I might learn something I did'nt already know.

Oh yes, plenty for us to do. Xmas shopping, eating, drinking, enjoying our family/friends and foreign travel etc....

I got my hubby onto the JW Facts and he's having a good time. He's actually always said that he thinks some of the brothers look like Schedule 1 Offenders (sex crimes) and I can really see that.

I am disgusted by the way the KH handle a suspected child abuser. Totally ashamed that I've been so blind. This "Jehovah will bring it out" just DOES'NT work for me.

I've just literally had a brother and sister call on my house, (when I specifically told her to leave me alone by text). I looked out of the peephole and did'nt answer the door. What a cheek.

How can I keep my distance from these crazy people now???

Oh!! Guess what?? Just seen a sister (an elder's wife), who says they really miss me and my family. How funny that she hardly ever talked to me at the KH?? She wants me to talk to her husband so that we can sort out our problems with this other elder guy (the wide boy!!) etc....No way. No way am I going to pretend to forgive this idiot.

Also, I think it's VERY dodgy being a full-time pioneer whilst you claim Disability Allowance and your wife a Carer's Allowance, also a pioneer. That is not "paying Ceasar's things to Caesar" but taking the mickey out of our Benefits System. The Pharisees would have loved that little number.

1. The CO told the elder who was studying with my husband that he was doing it as an "academic exercise." My husband is very intelligent, been in the military, has a degree and a masters and a good job. He was very discouraged and has now decided it's a great idea but the people mess it up. This elder is a real wide boy and opens his mouth before he thinks, not a great quality for a shepherd???

2. The brother and sister who studied with me (i had been inactive), kept pushing me to join the Ministerial School and become a regular pioneer. I have chronic bipolar and struggle anyway!! When I asked to stop the study, they came over to see me (I was away, thank goodness). I changed my mobile number only for it to be given out by the elder in the above paragraph!!! Data protection problem, I thought??

Some sisters in the KH only talk to my husband and ignore me. Most of the elders very distant.

I asked to be sent some new bibles but told I had to come to the KH to collect them.

I did want to go on the Ministry but as I am depressed/anxious felt the Min School was too much. I am told I had to be on the school first!!! Not come across this before???

What shall I do?
