I awoke from a dream... the ghost of Fred Franz visited me and told me - each month every JW willl be required to sign a statement of loyalty in order to receive the latest Watchtower. I told Fred's ghost thanks for the timely light. The ghost disappeared with a whimper, which sounded like "suckers".

Is the Watchtower magazine's stated circulation actually erroneous?
by Orgull ini just changed my order of magazines at the counter to the bare minimum.
me, my dad, my friends, heck everybody i know throws out a large bag of unused watchtowers and awakes every few months or at least once a year.
then it hit me.

So Sorry for having not posted sooner.
by orangefatcat ini must apoligize to many of you wonderful friends here for having been tardy in getting back to everyone.. it has been quite a rollercoster for me, and i am just trying to take life one day at atime.
i have moments when i feel more sorrow than other days.
i have some great friends who have supported me during some of these rougher days.. i recieved many cards of condolances.

I had no idea there were people who felt like me
by Orgull ini've recently begun challenging my beliefs.
all my beliefs, including those ingrained in me as one raised "in the truth".. a few years ago i sought therapy for chronic depression and my treatment was remarkably successful.
as a side effect, things that used to "work" for me no longer fit with the new emotional pathways and strengths i was developing.

dogmatic statement on e-watchman
by Dr Zhivago inover on e-watchman's forum there was a discussion about the harlot riding the beast of revelation.
one poster stated that because the harlot was riding the beast it proved she was in control of the beast.
now, i grew up on a farm and we had all sorts of animals.
