  Trusting The Authorities

  do you believe that the authorities should always be trusted?.

  in some big cities, it is not uncommon for some police to be crooked.

  some cops are known to pull over minorities simply because of prejudice.. in atlantic city, a mayor almost always in under indictment for bribery or some shady dealings.. in florida, it is being reported today in the news that the fire chief snapped pics of a young woman in a horrific accident.

  i don't hear you laugh, i don't see you smile, i see the face so sad, it's because i am so bad.. your eyes use to sparkle and shine, now they are dull.

  Where is God, where is the Christ? So much pain and so much suffering. We have lost them, they have lost us. Can they say, I have lost you? Can we say I have lost you? Personal relationshipss are so fragile. The details, who can understand? The grass is greener on the other side, really, who say s so? God oh God, talk to me! Christ oh Christ reveal yourself to me. Stop this ambiguity. The torment is relentless. Show yourself to me. You know that I doubt like Thomas. What have Ive' done so that you don't give me any sign whatsoever? So many here have spoken that they have had a personal relationship with the Christ. Why not me! I've given my whole life to the worship and works of God/ Jesus, yet no response from them.

  I've lost you, yes I've lost you. Do you hear me crying, do you read this/? And yet I know that the world is in a bigger mess, that Satan, if you chose to believe is blocking the approach.

  Why have things changed?

  according to the old testament, yahweh/jehovah regularly and violently made himself manifest.. according to the new testament, there were miraculous works performed to prove that the messiah was who he said he was and that his followers were authentic.. why are there no such public manifestations of jehovah/yahweh/jesus/holy spirit today?

  i say public because some individuals describe very personal experiences detailing some sort of miracle or divine intervention in their lives, most often at a low or desperate point.

  i have no interest in discounting such personal experiences.

  fastfoward 20/20 were do you see the wts?

  i'm sure it will be around but how big i don't know.. as the older ones die off or become inactive there doesn't seem to be as many stepping up to take there place as one elder said to me recently " iv'e just come from a meeting at bethal they talked a lot about how much of this generation we have lost it seems we have skipped a generation ".. after alot of growth in the 80's and early 90's things seemed to have tailed off in the western world .. in 1992 i helped build the kh i used to go to it was built to hold 250 it was about 3/4 full and growing now it has about 100 publishers they had 9 reg pioneers then now maybe 1 or 2 the enthusiasm seems to have faded at best.. i went to the talk with my wife the other week (she still active) alot asleep or staring into space when i left after the talk the was alot of people milling around and talking in the lobby.. what will happen in the future i don't know it's co's vist this week everyone will get reved up but it seems to faid just as quick.. your thoughts??

  my mom was telling me that we have to be especially on guard during these last days because satan the devil is setting his sights upon anyone he thinks he can get.

  i mentioned to my mother that jws give too much credit to the devil.

  i explained satan is supposed to be a single angel gone bad.

  I like that scene in The Godfather, the Baptism scene. Where Michael is denouncing Satan and at the same time killing off all the heads of the opposing crime families.

  Do you Michael denounce Satan? I do. Bang! Over and over till they are all dead.

  I'll say it again and again. They get all this from a book that they themselves have changed. The King James Bible that they use to use has been replaced by The New World Translation wherein they use brackets and added on words to misquote Jesus. They have been misquoting their own version of The New World Translation to suit their everchanging doctrines and teachings so many times that the spin on the spin on the spin that keeps on spinning is twisting away.

  Evidently, it seems, it appears to be, are you getting this, wait on Jehovah, forget about what we said in the past, we got new light, it is no longer a 25 watt, or a 65 watt, or a 75 watt, no, those watt days are over. WE now have a 100 Watt new light. Until that 100 Watt new light gets dimmer this is the present truth. Got it, ok , question from readers will follow for all you dimwits that just don't get it. How many pages of responses do you need to get it right?

  Also, can you or anyone command me to love you? The Ten Commandments do just that. "You Must Love" The greatest commandment is: You must love God with all your being. Your mind, your heart, your body, your soul, your very being. Of course again this is from a book and that command is not practical because among other things, it takes away free will. How do you feel if I told you, commanded that, you must love me, and if you do not, I will kill you?
