Elder comes to visit
by Smyler ini haven't to a meeting in about 2 or so months and tonight one of the local elders came to visit me.. he goes on about, how he and the hall misses me and loves me.
and they want to go back to the meetings, "it must be a teenager thing, everyone went thru it, but i know that you will be back.
" i was thinking to myself, you don't know that i'll be back, and i don't plan on it either.

Camping

its sunday now, and i just got back. i had THE best time of my entire life. i worried about it for awhile the first day, with all the JWs there. but he told me not to worry about it...and eventually i got over it! im so happy i went! we went swimming, and layed on the beach, and we went kayaking, TWICE! and we layed out under the stars every nite. and, it was just great! we did a lot of cool stuff! the perfect way to spend the last week of summer. school starts on wednesday (yuck) but its been the BEST summer ever!!!

what if i mess it up?

my mom is taking me camping this week, and my boyfriend just happens to be at the same campground. (coincidence eh?) he's a JW. and his parents dont know yet that i am going to be there. he also told me, that there are a lot of JWs out there rite now too, because they go out in the last week of august. what will they think of seeing us together? he says he doesnt really care, he's not really into all this JW stuff.....but what if i mess it up for him really bad because they see us together? what if, i mess is up BAD?
really worried. but he's so excited about me going....dont even know exactly why i posted this. o well.

when a young jw teen ( 13-16) disassociates themselves, or is disfellowshipped, will the parents kick them out of the house?
or are they required to let them stay?

would it be any different if someone just sory of faded away from the witnesses without being disfellowshipped or formally disassociating themselves? would they still be shunned?

so, the DA or Df child, would be able to stay, and they would still be included in all family activites (ex. going places, trips, vacation, and other family related things), as long as they are not spiritual. What if they have older siblings, who no longer live at home, would they be able to have contact with them?

When a young JW Teen ( 13-16) Disassociates themselves, or is disfellowshipped, will the parents kick them out of the house? or are they required to let them stay?
would they still treat that person like a member of the family until he or she is ready or old enough to leave the house? then shun them? or will the kids HAVE to leave the house? if they are DA or DF, are the parents still allowed to have contact with their children?
