So it has been about a month since my letter was submitted. No announememnt made and I was wondering what was going on. Well I get a voice message from my father who is not even in the congregation I am in and he says it's an emergency give him a call. I called him and he says that my letter of disassocaition can not be accepted by the branch because I did not sign the letter...........
I need to write a brief letter stating my stance, sign it, and return it to him immediately. I laughed with the power of 1000 hurricances when he says this to me. I told him I have no desire to play by their rules and I am not writing anything and hung up the phone. He immediately calls me back and says, "Why do you think this is a joke?!?! You need to get this matter straightened out so the congregation can be cleaned."
Again I laughed out loud. He proceeds to tell me that he talked to my secretary and that he asked my DAD to get the letter and fax it to them or to get me to admit to my "stance" on a 3 way call with another elder.
This is getting better and better
