Good for you. When I left, I just walked away, moved to another state and began living with my fiance (now husband). My mom called and asked me to talk to the brothers and "straighten everything out". Really? What was there to straighten out? Was there anything unclear about my situation? I had been in a JC years before, there was no way I was going to go through that again. It's all just silly, man made rules, the elders are just petty bureaucrats, unpaid employees of a publishing company, they no longer had any power over me.

Basically, Jehovah is holden to the policies and procedures of this little group on earth, and you leaving without signing this paper means.....well......you haven't really left?
Don't you understand, CAA? You're holding God hostage by not signing that paper! His hands are tied without that paperwork getting filed properly. How could you do such a thing? Think about the children!
