Dave...In Canada this is the way I THINK it will work. Just before the trial the WT lawyers will ask for delays and ask Quotes to supply more information...documents whatever. (money) They might also ask for delays so they can talk with more of their "legal experts" (money) They will try to run the bill up as high as they can before the trial starts.
Seeing as the WT doesn't have a very strong case, I would hope that Quotes can sue their asses off for inflicting emotional and financial stress upon him, for violating his Rights to Free Speech and for his legal fees. I would also make damn sure that The Fifth Estate, 20/20, CNN and Dateline are all made aware of what the WTS tried to do. If they get enough bad publicity about it, it might make the assholes think before they try shutting down another website.
