your posts are very humorous, and its even more humorous that you claim to be one of jehovahs witnesses, considering you speak with your own ideas (which is as im sure you know discouraged and even disciplined in the congregation).

just a thought here.....if you spent half as much time studying, going in service, and devoting yourself to the will of god (as you and your jws believe it to be), as you do arguing on this forum....how many people do you think you could reach? surely "you know" that no one in here listens to your drivel. not that i advocate any of these practices or the jw religion, but i do know thats whats expected of you if youre to be a "good" witness, and especially if youre on of the "annointed."

keep fighting with the "apostates" though, if thats what makes you happy (or maybe it just makes your day go faster).......

well for us who have been around here awhile YK 'Claims" to be of the Annointed and is therefore Excempt from following some old rule like not hanging out with apostates

(1) Funny, but 90% of the Christian letters are addressed to the “congregation,” or those in the act of congregating, not to a body of elders and then the other brothers. Your use of “Overseers” is very telling and not, in my view, reflected in scriptures.

(2) Funny, but I agree with Brother Russell’s view of how a congregation can be organized as demonstrated with his arraignment at the turn of the century. He allowed room for debate (like Paul) and did not swing the ax every time an issue was addressed. Maybe the current JW structure will revert back to Russell’s understanding like they have on many other matters.

(3) I agree that disfellowshipping is scriptural, however the Jws currently misuse disfellowshipping and have caused a lot of “pain” within the congregation and within the family arrangement.
