My gut feeling is that IF one of these wrongful death cases goes to trial, and reaches a jury, a large award against the WT is certain.
The problem will be getting to trial. And even IF you win, good luck collecting. The whole corperate re-org in 2000 (which created the Christian Congregation of JWs) was meant to shield their ass-ets if they lose a suit such as this.
Just keeping it real. The worker's comp stuff is much, much larger IMHO. -
