If you want to download your own copy of this video, this is what you do:

Go to http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php
Put the URL of the elder video in the line for YouTube videos (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2O4lbgX81U)
Press enter
On the top of the page, there will be a link for you to download the video
Once the video (which is 43.5MB in size) is downloaded, change the .php extension to .flv
You should be able to play the video in any video player that is Shockwave enabled.

Wow, I just watched this and feel a wee bit on the ill side. I wish I could watch the entire video of the court precceedings. Watching that elder blantley lie on the stand is not really surprising but it definatly made me feel sick to my stomach. I am guessing that this is a custody case? Also i would like to host this for download. Is there anyway i can get a non-flash version of this? Boils my blood to hear that jackass just lying on the stand. I would love to have more info on this if possible. DF also pm me if its possible to get a non flash copy of this.

That was so sick. The elder just sitting there lying like a snake. Talking about it depends on the circumstances...He knows good as well that if an "Elder put up a Christmas tree" that he would be punished, and that if that elder was not sorry for putting up the Christmas tree that he would be disfellowshipped and considered an apostate; which means that he would be shunned. I couldn't believe it when the elder said we don't use the word "shunning". He said that we only use it when we say "shun gambling (or something)" but not against a disfellowshipped person.

That man was lying! No if's, and's, or but's about it!

I wonder what the judge thought when the "Elder" said that "We have no titles."? Another lie: Elders, Presiding Overseer, Ministerial Servant, Pioneer, Faithful and Discreet Slave, Circuit Overseer.... What did the judge think when he said "This is apostate material."? When the material, actually, came from the organization's headquarters and was just posted on an "apostate" site... I wondered if the judge knew what apostate meant to Jehovah's Witnesses (DEMONIZED).

The damn thing keeps stopping on me and, unlike Real Player, I cannot move it up to where it ended I have to listen up to that point again only for the damn video to stop again!
