Yes, I admit that October comes after September. That may not be common knowledge with some of you folks. My wager specifically stated that the system would be in a financial crisis or war by the end of October.

I can't believe this stupid thread still exists. I figured You Know would want this thread to die before everybody remembered his stupid bet. I wonder if You Know will make this same bet next year. He has every year so far.

AlanF did a good job of listing all the requests for detail regarding the meaning a "collapse" and the detail needed to make a bet a legitimate one. I want to thank Alan for including my several requests for such information. Now, YK, I will ask again. What is your quantitative definition of a collapse? Please provide some numbers as to what you mean by the term, collapse.

I could say to you that by next spring, we will live in an economic paradise. If I don't define it, I will be right, no matter what happens.
