There was a pub nearby my Grandma's called The Fiddlers Ferry. To get to it you cut across a Railway over a little wooden thing that just filled the gaps in the railway. other than that you had to walk ages out of the way to get to it. This way was legal from what i could see, there was even a special gate to get through

i think it shows how modern life has effected standard apostate punishments.

These bears were "pulling a train", when they were so rudely interupted by a literal train.
