There was a pub nearby my Grandma's called The Fiddlers Ferry. To get to it you cut across a Railway over a little wooden thing that just filled the gaps in the railway. other than that you had to walk ages out of the way to get to it. This way was legal from what i could see, there was even a special gate to get through

i think it shows how modern life has effected standard apostate punishments.
On the other side of the track two kids called a JW a bald head and told him go on up baldy. The she-bears are looking out for trains.

I think it symbolizes man's infringement on nature.
These bears were "pulling a train", when they were so rudely interupted by a literal train.
