Dammit Brooke do you see what you've started? Now all these people are going to be eating potato salad tonight. I certainly have a craving for it. I like my potato's chopped chunky personally.

Not me - when I was 15, I ate so much potato salad that I got ill. Just can't face it anymore!

My ancient chinese recipe for potato salad........1)measure one cup of rice, 2)boil it, 3)drain it, serve it.... If they question why it doesnt taste like potato salad, just blame me!, lol

I always boil extra potatoes when I'm doing a roast - then there's always some left over. I pop them in the fridge and chuck in pepper and mayo and herbs the next day and Wallah potato salad. But I like the twists offered here and will be adding a little bacon and onion and mustard to spice it up.
