Final Update:
Well, i ended up having to call the police friday night, my friend knew it was me and wasnt too happy about it so i doubt that i'll be hearing anything about the situation anytime soon. She still had it in her head that the elder's would handle it correctly.But we all know where that would have went.
They (the girl, her sister and mother)are staying at an uncles house, the sister seems to be ok, but the mother is disillusioned. The police didnt do anything to the father yet, but by then she was audibly irritated with me and cut the convo short, lol. Thats as much information as i got and as i said, i doubt that i'll be talking to her again anytime soon.
I kind of wanted to see how the elders would handle the situation, but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that they probably wouldnt have done anything considering there werent two witnesses and the girl wasnt baptized.
Anyway, i'm pretty sure she'll start talking to me again in a few weeks and i'll update if anything interesting comes up, but as far as i'm concerned the most important thing is that the sister is away from that enviroment.

You never know what the police already know or who they have suspicions of. This person could also be molesting people outside their family. The more reports they get, the more of a case they can build up.
Always report...........let the police sort it out..........they are more qualified than the elders.............way more qualified.

(((( Dune ))) I know that may have been the hardest thing for you to do , but it was the mature, responsible action to take . The girls are now out of harms way , And now their mother knows ! Maybe the Elders would have reported it who knows , what I do know they would have wasted time doing it, and those girls needed immidiate help . Involving the authorities will also mean the girls will no doubt get help through child services , hopefully help dealing with what they probably have both gone through. Your friend will no doubt need time to process all that has gone on, and she may vent her anger towards you. In time you might be able to help her understand you morally had to do the right thing.

Thank Goodness Dune!!! You did the right thing!! Just think of how much more heartache you proably have prevented. Or how many other children you probably have saved from future abuse. You did a wonderful thing, even though it was hard to do!!!

Great job Dune. Doing the right thing(as you did) can be a difficult thing to do, however you will always sleep better at night having made the right decision.
Who know, you may find that it's quite fun to call the police. I've called many times(for various reasons), and I'll never hesitate to do so again.
