God was bi-polar and had a split personality. For thousands of years he hid the fact that he was also Jesus and then around two thousand years ago he went into his manic mode and told everyone he had a son and that he was also his son and they hung him cuz they thought he was nutty and so alot of people found a new god that wasn't as nutty and his name was Mohammed and the majority followed him to this day.

Annie, hi. I'm with you. Jehovah is very different from his son. People have brought out good points to ponder about this. But the JWs always paint Jah as this very loving and righteous god. But there are things I just don't get. Multiple personality god?
By the way, someone here said that Moses murdered someone? Was that Scully? I have leaky brain cells. I don't remember that from all of the mtgs. etc. Must've slept through that one. Gumbelder? Can you refresh my memory.

Because Christ our Lord, uniquely, had two natures, he could give two answers to the question "what are you?" - for nature decides what a person is. And he had two distinct principles - sources we may say - of action. by the one nature he could do all that goes with being God - he could read the heart of man for instance, he could raise Lazarus to life; by the other he could do all that goes with being man - he could be born of a mother, could hunger and thirst, could suffer, could die, and could get angry at the temple. A difficult concept to grasp.

He saw the egyptians mistreating his brothers who were in slavery and he clubbed one of the mean bastards to death then ran off for fear he'd be squeeled on then ran in the wilderness and married a worldly Midianite woman who fathers name was Jeffro. I knew I could get a straight answer from an elder. But wasn't that Jethro (like in Beverly Hillbillies?) But Jehovah killed the Egyptians anyways so what if Moses took out one early?
I guess he went ahead of the plan so needed to be punished. I think that was the reason and not the killing per se.

Juni, moses was like Jesus and ran off alot cuz people were wantin to kill him and stuff. He didn't know jehovah was gonna kill the egyptians till Jehovah sent him to pharoah to ask a pardon for his people. Moses did some magic trick that kicked the asses of the eyptian David Copperfield wannabe's and it pissed off the Pharoah and made his heart hard at the Israelities.
And yes, your god is bipoar cuz he told Moses some laws, then he came as Jesus years later and stated those very laws, then gave his own laws that defied his old laws. He didn't just fullfil them, he changed them. ( see bible)
