As for the idea of 'once saved always saved', any one with the intellectual strength of a salamander can see there are some serious problems with the concept.

So a saved Christian will simply have a tractor-trailer roll over his head to 'call him home' after raping someone or killing someone? Once saved always saved is a doctrine of surpassing moronitude. No wonder you like it.

i was bored so i decided to read this thread today. the initial post wasnt all that interesting to me, but i did get some good laughs out of the subsequent posts. im not familiar with rex, but obviously hes not the sharpest knife in the drawer. i love the way his last post to alanf COMPLETELY ignored all the many ways in which alan dismantled his statements, and then he fell back on the "well, lets all be friends and neighbors in the common cause" routine. LOL. give us a break rex, answer some of the questions that have been posed, and please try to show some semblance of intelligence this time.

Why spend hours answering arguments that I've answered before just to amuse you? I suspect that it would not change your take on who is right, regardless of how sharp and strong the arguments are. Your mind is already made up.

One wonders in vain how anyone can produce so much drivel as you do Rex. Here you tell us that God will “call home” misbehaving Christians but he doesn’t lift a finger when terrorists clash planes into buildings? Obviously your God is unable to do anything for you.

As usual, god is the invisible, imaginary gnome. The coward hiding in the shadows, doing his evil job. The only thing he's responsible for is pain and suffering, if we are to believe in his evil deeds, as Rex wants us to.

first off, i could care less if you answer arguments or not, answering them wont amuse me. when i asked you to answer the questions posed, i didnt actually expect a response. that in itself does amuse me: your lack of ability to respond to any intelligent questions. as far as my take on who is right, i am on neither side, its just that your ignorance was so transparent, i felt compelled to post on it.
