That was so exactly on point. How on earth did you remember that little nuance in the movie? Great movie in itself by the way
I grew up listening to the Carpenters. Karen Carpenter had such a beautiful, yet melancholy voice. Ah, the '70s. Still love to listen to their music.

I thought that scene was just about the funniest part! Mostly because it's so true.
Do you believe that I got rid of all of my music that wasn't approved by the Witnesses back in 1986! I can't even find some of the songs! I don't even remember all of the songs! Ain't that a shame!
It is, that's a damn shame. Thanks for the Mothership Connection vid, I saved it. Gloins is the man. You heard of Quazar?
You heard of Quazar?
Yes, I've heard of them, but I can't remember what they sung. Do you remember Confunkshun?
SirNose, there's a guy on Imeem that has tons of old school music including a lot of funk. He has videos too. He goes by the nick "Old School C". Here's the link to his web page. http://lanier2.imeem.com/ He has pages of songs!
Here's a Nancy Wilson song Proph! Well, it's a remake.
