Where we are, there are more motorcycles on the roads than cars, and about 40 % of the drivers, text while driving.

I saw my son texting while driving once, and told him that if I ever saw him do it again, he would have to drop his pants to answer his phone.

Nationwide Insurance says 1 in 3 drivers between ages 18 to 34 text while driving. Otherwise, it's one in five!

When I see someone behind me on their phone (usually driving a BMW, Cadillac, or Lexus), I just slow down to about 10 mph under the speed limit, especially if I'm in a no-pass zone.

    I can read their lips.

One of those nearly-impossible-to-police behaviors that you just wish people had the plain good sense not to do. Sheesh.

A little discretion could have gone a long way to prevent cell phone laws from being passed. IMHO if smokers over the years were just a little more polite and considerate we would not have alot of the smoking laws that we have now. But noooooooooo it's human nature to always push the envelope and seek the lowest common denominator in our behaviors. And they in turn are usually the ones that bitch the loudest when a law gets passed to force them to do what they should have done in the first place.

There are alot kids in society walking around in adult bodies.

Good point, Brent! I'm not for extra laws. It's too bad people are so selfishly stupid-----for their own good.

I only do it on really winding, treacherous roads and highways at great speeds. I am very careful!
