i actualy dragged my butt out of my nice warm bed and went to the meeting yesterday..i need some more info for my book..boy,did i hit the jackpot!!!!they were instructing everyone to 'just let the elders guide you' as sheep are guided by their shepard..also,that if you just start obeying unquestioningly,than it will eventualy become easier to let the elders counsel and guide you...whew!!!!!amaZING!!!!! folks kinda nodded and smiled..what a buncha weirdos!!!!! next time,im gonna sneak in my camera and take some pics of the dishwater dull fashions that i saw displayed at the meeting...the women wre all small and quiet and grey,or HuGE!!!!!and puffy and pale faced and surrounded by babies,and wearing really ugly tentlike garments...manoman,am i glad i got outta there when i was a kid...its like the stepford wive,except its 'stepford poeple'!!!!!!!

yeah,at the meeting they actually SAID that the elders were a step closer to hohoba,so everyone should listen to them...without question..i kid you not!!!!the speaker actually SAID that!!!!!!!.folks were sorta nodding,in that heavy lidded thorazinelike way...creeeeeepy..

At the DC last year, which this wt sudy article was based upon, the brother giving the talk said a profound thing that stuck in my head.
"Obedience is not based on how to do it. But it is based on the end result."
So, basically he said that it is not up to these ones to tell you how should do it, but instead, if there is another way that you are comfortable with, just do it. As long as the end result is the essentially the same.
It's just hypocritcal when this article came out - follow the directions as per those in charge, and don't ask questions.

What leader do they have who is not a product of the insular, tunnel vision path to power? Theirs is not a real world system, but a closed, cloistered and protected one. The ones who get to the top do so by means of political skill, currying favor; not by appealing to a large section of the rank and file. It is a broken system, failed, obsolete.
The current brains have given up millions in damages to victims of a policy they will not change, will not acknowledge and keep secret from the rank and file, who are so brain dead they will not even Google the words child sexual abuse and WT.
How is this a recipe for a world class entity??
